Construction of Teacher Team

School of Software Engineering setup a complete teacher employment system, a strict teaching quality assurance system and a scientific criteria for teachers' evaluation. The current teacher team of SSE consists of three parts as follows:
   1. In school teachers: They teach the specialty fundamental courses, such as Data Structure, Operating System, Database System, Discrete Structure, Computer Network, etc. Meanwhile, the teachers do some academic research work and bring their reseach achievements into class, which activate students' innovation spirit.
   2. Enterprise teachers: They come from front line of IT industrial and have rich experience in software development and project management. In their courses, students learn by doing to integrate theory with practice.
   3. Foreign teachers: The teachers come from many countries, such as America, Britain, Australia, Belgium, etc. They are professors or software engineers from overseas universities and international IT companies, who teach specialty courses in English. Students can learn specialty knowledge in English environment, and finally become an internationalized software elite.
This kind of teacher team constitute can cultivate students with solid theory foundation, strong practical ability and excellent English communication skills.
