3. Teaching Guide Committee

Duty: Guide and supervise teaching activity, make quality control on it.

4. Academic Degree Committee

Duty: responsible for the affair related to academic degree.

5. Assocation of party& Administraion

Duty: responsible for the SSE’s progress and operation, made dicision about importantn issues in school’s progress

Yingxue He: administrative Secretary
Meeting organization and backup service; drafting out documents, purchase and management of office furniture and equipment. Management of school’s stamp. Work attendance manangement, and responsible for school’s correspondence.
Miaoqing Su: HR
Responsible for the HR issue and affair in party committee; manage and control the informaiton of school stuff; employment issues; lauch documentation making job; statistic of the school’s information
Bo Ma: Accountant
Responsible accounting issues: budget making, payroll, reimbursement, Providing periodical report to manager

7. Undergraduate Teaching Administration Office

Responsible for undergraduate teachers employment issue including seeking, evaluation, Making contract with party time lecturers, Making teacher info database, making teaching process go smoothly; organizing and managing student training base. Maintain the teaching affair informaiton on website
Xuehong Peng: Secretary
Student registration, examinations, student academic record, making teaching process smooth, making payment sheet for part-time lecturers, responsible for undergraduate teaching process quality control
Ling Li: Secretary
Implementation of teaching plan, training and academic practice arrangement, graduation design management, providing assistance to undergraduate students on course selection, collection teaching affair information, meeting achievement job

Duty:
Jun Tang: graduate teaching organization and management
Responsible for all the graduate related job including: curriculum making, graduate student recruitment. Corrdination in the school; graduate teacher employment, evaluation and quality control. Making documents related to graduate management.
Yuan Li: Secretary
Responsible for graduate student recruitment, enrollment, management, thesis oral defense management, academic degree awarding, paper work job, graduate project application and management.
Yuanyuan Cai: support tutor
Responsible for graduate student routine management, assistant secretary of youth league, paperwork job, help graudate students on internship and job seeking. Make sure students are employed 100%

Make lab center running smoothing, help In charge to fulfill his duty. Archive job in the lab center.
Jianping Zhang:
Maintaining the equipment in the lab center including computers, switches, multimedia equipments, servers and network, making sure the lab operate smoothly, responsible the security in lab center
